Help Center
Your first stop should be the Help Center. The Schoology Help Center contains guides, videos and forums to help you find solutions.

When inside the Help Center, you can enter your question in the search bar or browse the guides. Guides are separated into categories, such as student, instructor, or parents. You would look in the student section.
Ask Your Peers
Answers to your question might be sitting in the desk next to you. Your peers are great resources and they might be able to answer your question. Alternatively, they might be finding the same thing an issue and you can work through it together.
Ask Your Teachers
Question about an assignment, homework, or a test in Schoology? Ask your teachers for help. Every teacher may organize his/her course a little different and will be your best place to start asking questions specific to your course.
