View Tickets
After signing into the website https://support.yisseoul.org click on Your Tickets.
Select a Ticket
On the Your Tickets page, you will see all of your open tickets. You can click on the ticket to see more detail.
Communicate and Close Tickets
Inside a ticket, you can see any communication about the ticket. You can add information that will help resolve the ticket or check on the progress. You can also close the ticket if it has been resolved.
