All Schoology Groups are created by the technology team and subject to approval by administration. To request a new group to be created, submit a ticket incident request at YISS Support.


Include the following information in your ticket request:

  1. Group Name - preferred name for the team, club, or activity
  2. Group Admin - will be responsible for adding members and admins to the group
  3. Group Division - school the group is affiliated with
  4. Group Members - who will be members of the group
  5. Group Sponsor - the name of the sponsor for student clubs
