All Schoology Groups are created by the technology team and subject to approval by administration. To request a new group to be created, submit a ticket incident request at YISS Support.
Include the following information in your ticket request:
- Group Name - preferred name for the team, club, or activity
- Group Admin - will be responsible for adding members and admins to the group
- Group Division - school the group is affiliated with
- Group Members - who will be members of the group
- Group Sponsor - the name of the sponsor for student clubs
