School communication may be mistakenly filtered into the Junk or Spam folder of your email service. If you have not received an expected communication, first check your Junk or Spam folder. Below are instructions on how to setup filters and/or whitelist domains for popular email services to prevent future issues.

Gmail
Create rules to filter your emails in Gmail with the domains above to ensure email is sent to your Inbox and does not continue to be sent to your Spam folder. Use Search in Gmail to find your messages in Gmail, including messages in Spam or Trash.
Yahoo
Use filters to sort and organize incoming email in Yahoo with the domains above to ensure email is sent to your Inbox and does not continue to be sent to your Spam folder.
Outlook
For Outlook desktop, configure the Junk Email Filter to ensure email is sent to your Inbox by adding the domains above to your Safe Senders List. For Outlook web including Office 365, configure the Junk and Email Phishing settings by adding the domains above to your Safe Senders and Recipients List.
Naver
Configure your Spam Settings in Naver by adding the domains above the to Allow list to ensure email is sent to your Inbox and does not continue to be sent to your Spam folder.
Daum
Configure your Spam Settings in Daum by adding the domains above the to Allow list to ensure email is sent to your Inbox and does not continue to be sent to your Spam folder.
